On-site services: A 3 Step process

Step 1: Auditing

Prior to installation, our team will assess your hardware/OS/network to ensure that it meets the requirements for installation. The consultant may also define the requirements for knowledge transfer, assess training requirements and confirm that IT personnel are available to support on-site activities.

Step 2: Installation, Implementation and Quality Control

Then, our consultant or engineer will install the software and its related modules on the relevant number of workstations / server(s), including connectivity to a supported database in your test environment - this can be an extension of a Pilot.

Step 3: Quality control

Last, our consultant or QA specialist will test the installation by running sample processes and checking that the solution is appropriate. The application will then be implemented in your production environment.

Knowledge Transfer - Training

Knowledge transfer is meant for the IT staff who will be responsible for using the new solution. The 2Win-Solutions consultant will use product documentation as a guide and will train your team with live examples which suit your company. In addition to an overview of the examples, the topics covered during the knowledge transfer may include certain developer-oriented content.
